In addition to Corporate Leadership Development, Group Tminus is actively involved in community initiatives and mentoring efforts with educational institutions.

Our parent company, Ramjay is building Solar Cookers for tribal areas, by working closely with Climate Healers (http://www.climatehealers.org).

Our founding team has adopted a village called Herga, near Manipal, Karnataka. It is the desire of the people of Herga to make it Swarga on earth. We work closely with a community organization called Swarna Friends, who work with the government to plant trees, educate the community to limit use of plastic and launch village clean-up drives. Working with the community, we have funded a
community toilet, with the requirement that the community maintains the facility to world hygiene standards.

This facility is also used by children in a nearby day care center. What is heartening for us is that the children have taken upon themselves to keep the premises clean after use.

Our goal is very simple - catch them young, ingrain global standards in them and make self-leadership a way of life.

On the education front, our founder, Ram is actively involved in reviewing business case presentations and mentoring students in the MBA entrepreneurial program in US universities.
